It was a great learning experience for my ITIL 4 Foundation training which was conducted online and trainer Pratap was completely knowledgeable in the ITIL 4 concepts and helped me to transition from ITIL v3 to ITIL 4. In Pratap, Spoclearn has a gem of a trainer.

As a Production Supervisor, I wanted to understand root cause analysis concepts in a comprehensive way. One of my colleagues suggested Spoclearn’s RCA through Six Sigma training which was for 2 days. During the course, the trainer helped me to clearly understand various RCA concepts, tools, and mechanisms that I could incorporate in my organization to better understand the root cause of any problem and how to avoid the same in the future.
